Avocado Ice-cream

2 very ripe avocados, peeled ans stoned
The juice and zest of 1 orange
The juice and zest of 1 lime
100g caster sugar
180 g thick natural yogurt

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Place the mixture in an ice-cream maker and churn until thick and creamy.

Serve.
