4 slices of ham
4 ripe, peeled bananas
50 g butter
100 g Cheddar or Gruyere cheese grated
Preheat an oven to 180 degrees centigrade or gas mark 6.
Spread each slice of ham with a little mustard and sprinkle with some of the cheese. Add a knob of butter.
Roll up a banana in each of the ham slices and secure each with a cocktail stick. Place in an oven proof dish.
Bake for 30 minutes.
