Swiss Grapefruit

Serves One

1 grapefruit
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 pinch of cinnamon
1 small shot of vodka
1 square 30 cm x 30cm of double thickness Baking foil

Peel the fruit with a sharp knife, remove all the pith and cut into eight segments.

Combine the sugar and cinnamon. Toss the segments in the mixture. Reassemble the fruit.

Wrap the fruit in the double thickness of foil. Before sealing your parcel pour in the shot of vodka.

Seal up the parcel and cook in the coals of a barbecue for fifteen minutes.
